Operations Manager

Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive operations manager to oversee and streamline all aspects of our clothing brand’s operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Product Coordination
  • Manage the production schedule from sample creation to final product delivery.
  • Work closely with the pattern maker, designer, and sample makers to ensure timely and accurate production.
  • Oversee quality control processes and resolve any issues that arise during production.
  1. Marketing and Release Coordination
  • Ensure all marketing materials (photoshoots, lookbooks, social media content) are aligned with the product release schedule.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that coincide with product launches.
  1. Customer Service and Feedback Integration
  • Liaise with the customer service team to incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement processes.
  • Ensure customer service policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
  1. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of materials and products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  1. Operational Efficiency
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
