- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for products and sales.
- Manage the email marketing calendar for timely communication.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to boost engagement and conversion.
- Track and optimize email campaign performance.
- Coordination with Ads Manager:
- Collaborate with the ads manager on marketing materials for ads.
- Ensure marketing content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Oversee the creation of ad creatives (graphics, videos, copy).
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing plans (social media, email, digital ads).
- Handle the marketing budget and resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Work with the design team to create appealing marketing materials.
- Monitor and adjust campaign strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with product development and sales teams for aligned marketing efforts.
- Report marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
