Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 14 business days from date of receipt. We offer STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.
Exchange requests beyond this period won't be accepted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Eligible returns require items in original condition with tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that customer will handle all shipping cost. Kindly visit our Returns Center https://richboyzph.com/a/return to process your exchange of item.
STEP 1: Request exchange or refund to store credit. Await approval within 2-3 days.
STEP 2: Upon approval, receive confirmation email and ship items back within 2-3 days to provided address. Failure to return items within this timeframe will cancel the request.
STEP 3: Once we receive the exchange item, we’ll process the new order within 3-5 business days. Customer covers shipping fees for the new item.
IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY:
- Make sure that the return item(s) is in the SAME Richboyz pouch.
- Tag should be intact and has not been removed
- All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
- Items should NOT smell like perfume, worn and washed.
* any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subject for cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it's been over 15 business days since approval, reach out to us at contact@richboyzph.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
