Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive operations manager to oversee and streamline all aspects of our clothing brand’s operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Coordination
- Manage the production schedule from sample creation to final product delivery.
- Work closely with the pattern maker, designer, and sample makers to ensure timely and accurate production.
- Oversee quality control processes and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Marketing and Release Coordination
- Ensure all marketing materials (photoshoots, lookbooks, social media content) are aligned with the product release schedule.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that coincide with product launches.
- Customer Service and Feedback Integration
- Liaise with the customer service team to incorporate customer feedback into product development and improvement processes.
- Ensure customer service policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of materials and products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Operational Efficiency
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
