NOTE: Sizing above is only applicable based on height. Sizing for different weight varies. If you prefer a more oversized fit, we suggest to take one size bigger.

For METRO MANILA:
- Processing time is 3-4 days
- Shipping time is 2-3 days

For PROVINCIAL Delivery:
- Processing time is 3-4 days
- Shipping time is usually 5-7 days but may be adjusted depending on our third party delivery service.

Local FREE shipping:
All orders worth Php 6,000 and above within the Philippines

International shipping:
International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation. We offer Standard and Express shipping options (via FedEx) depending on the destination country.

Local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees will be handled by customer upon delivery.

We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that customer will handle all shipping cost. Once approved, we would request for you to ship the original item back first so we can process your exchange item.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Ensure that return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock Richboyz pouch.
2. Tag should be intact and has not been removed.
3. All freebies (stickers, etc.) included in the pouch should also be returned.
4. Item should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.

All conditions above should be met before we approve the return request.
