Next day pickup:
All orders are being processed within the day (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm PHT only) and can be ready for next day pickup (except Sundays). All orders for next day delivery/pickup will be initiated and booked by customer either through Grab, Lalamove or other couriers. We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that customer will handle all shipping cost. Once approved, we would request for you to ship the original item back first so we can process your exchange item.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Ensure that return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock Richboyz pouch.
2. Tag should be intact and has not been removed.
3. All freebies (stickers, etc.) included in the pouch should also be returned.
4. Item should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.

All conditions above should be met before we approve the return request.
